Second Annual Runnning/Walking Event - Take Mom out for a run or walk!

5K/10K Run/Walk

Race Start is at Empire Ranch Self Storage(300 South Lexington). Packet pickup starts at 8:00 am

The course is run on the paths Folsom Parkway Bike Trail

Short Sleeve Cotton shirts for 5K runner & walkers. Tech Shirt option for additional $10. Late/Race Day Registrants not guaranteed shirts.

Awards will be given to the top three athletes in 1-11, 12-14, 15-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.

Award Ceremony will follow the event. Must be present to win awards! No awards available for pickup or mailing after event.

Post Race Food included for all runners/walkers

Adult: 5K/10K Run & Walk- $25 on or before 4/8; $30 to 5/4; $35 Race Day.

Child(15 & under):5K Run & Walk - $15

Race will feature Champion Chip timing by River City Race Management.

We also ask each runner/walker bring at least 1 can of non perishable food for the local Food Banks!

Jogging Strollers allowed but you must start at the back of the start and stay to the right side of path.

Aid stations at 1.5 miles
